Project Description:
The inaugural edition of the Dubai Sculpture Symposium brought together 15 sculptors from the UAE, the GCC, and across the globe. The event featured thought-provoking talks, engaging panel discussions, and live sculpting sessions, offering visitors a unique opportunity to witness artists at work and gain insight into their creative processes.
The Symposium served as a platform to promote greater appreciation of public art and contemporary sculpture, showcasing original works that combined traditional craftsmanship with modern artistic expression. Through this exchange of ideas, skills, and cultural perspectives, the Symposium contributed to enriching the UAE’s cultural landscape and strengthening dialogue around the role of sculpture in public spaces.
